Stay out of the Sun
As much as possible. The solar storms, that the media is saying not harmful to humans, can be harmful. I have been doing most of my prep work on my first SFG in the am and late pm. But yesterday I put on a straw hat and worked in the mid-day sun. This morning I woke up and found my left eye full of blood. I checked my blood pressure which is usually around 105/65. It read the highest I have ever seen. 140/90. I am sure it was the exposure to the solar storms and increased level of "rays".

The solar radiation the recent flare is going to get you in any case, we are bombarded with it all the time. I thank my lucky stars for that fabulous ozone layer.
I hope your BP comes down. Are you sure it was not the increased activity of your day? BP normally goes up and down through out the day.

It read my BP when I got out of bed and took it after noticing my left eye. I am 65 and in all my years have never had it read that high. I am usually pretty low.
