Hi, I am living in Bowling Green, still planning my garden. In California can you grow all year?

Re: Hi from Ky
I think so. At least that is what they tell me. This will be my first veggie garden.
"Winter" is "on" right now. MAYBE mid-high 40s at night. Usually a 30 degree change for the day. Rain here mean snow in the mountains. I think we actually had some high 30 nights this year.
It's like your spring...you keep a jacket handy. And it varies a lot year to year...I've seen late December be 100 degrees every day.
I cut back my roses by NYEve, which gives them 2+ mos to rest. I always have my first blossom by mid-March.
BG is so beautiful...I miss KY. So lush. Rolling hills. Deep green grass. White fences.
The humidity...that you can keep!
