sistabelle wrote:Hi There,
this is my first post! I just logged on today but do know a thing or two about gardening. Everything looks beautiful and I'm envious but I did also noticed you have a great opportunity right beside your plants. There is a downspout off a garage or shed or something that you should consider putting in a rain barrel! When the hot summer gets here you will wish you had the spring rain. If you install a rain barrel YOU WILL ! WE installed them a few years ago and they have been a life saver for my garden and flowers.
I agree it would be nice. But, just to the other side, I have a hose. I put my garden here for both options. I am lazy enough that I may never use a rain barrel.....but, I know I should. Thanks for the suggestion....and welcome aboard. Never be afraid to point something like that out. We love advice, pictures, and most of all...we love to help others. Hope to see you around.
