Carrots and juicing? Empty Carrots and juicing?

Is there a particular carrot brand / type that works well for both SFG and juicing? I am in the planning stages of my 2012 SGF and plan to dedicate one 4x4 box to carrots for juicing. I will stagger / delay planting each square to provide ample carrot supply in one or 2 week intervals, at least that is my initial thought process. Does this sound feasible?
