Is Hover not working?

Maybe it's me but my cursor no longer opens up the Hover feature, however the Mission feature still opens up

Works fine for me. Remember, it only works on the index page 
I am my gardens worst enemy.

Are you on a different computer than usual? The hover button has never done anything. Just run your cursor into the nubs anywhere on the left side.

Same computer Boff. The nubs are not even there anymore. Just noticed something by luck about a minute ago -- where is says Welcome Beginning Gardeners, beneath that paragraph I happened to run the cursor over a little dash mark like this __ and all the topics showed up. This didn't happen before. Weird.
