My first SFG 396615 Smitty, glad to have you join in the fun. Your garden box looks just great - very professional! I hope you're going to use Mel's Mix to fill it! It's the best. Keep us updated on how things go. We love seeing the pictures!

Yes I used MM. Canadian Peat Moss, Vermiculite, and Compost from dirtworks in VT. The compost consists of horse, chicken, and cow manure, leaves, sawdust, foodscraps, and melted Ben and Jerrys ice cream. I also added some dried red, green and blue seaweed compost and mixed it all together. Came out light and crumbly and Im happy with it, hope it goes well

Hey! If I was a plant, I know I'd grow better with the Ben & Jerry's added! lol!

First of all......... My first SFG 396615 My first SFG 396615 My first SFG 396615 It is great to have you join us. We are thrilled to have new people join and pictures are our favourite. Thanks for posting those.

Second....your garden looks awesome. Way to go.

Don't be afraid to join in the conversations. Ask any questions you want and someone here will be sure to answer. For the most part we are a pretty friendly helpful bunch. We like to joke around and be silly sometimes too so hopefully you won't mind.

best of luck with your garden.
