Manure Tea

I hope this was the right place to post about Manure Tea.

Me and my Sister were talking about our barnyard manures---and composting it.
I have a bull, she has a donkey, neighbor has 6 horses with all the poo I want to walk around and collect and same for the other 30 cows across the road.
We don't know much about composting manures that have seed---but assuming
if it is not composted correctly----the seeds in farm manure will germinate after added
to our SFG beds. So--we want to make Manure Tea during our long wait
of composting.
I do have one of those compost Tumblers that costed about $500 but I am too lazy to go out and turn the darn thing every day just so I can have quick compost but I am working on it.
Anyway,,,,, I am just curious----Can you make manure tea tooo strong?
From what I remember , there isn't that much nitrogen in manure.
So---If i make manure tea in a 5 gallon bucket----how much manure should I use?
Should it be aerated? Can it be used right away---or should it sit a while?

make manure tea in five gallon buckets as well as 55 gallon barrels. Feed bags work great for the the barrels, for the five gallon buckets , just put a shovelful in w/out a bag. You can use it right away or let it steep several days if you like, keeping in mind the stronger it is the more you can dilute it for extra coverage in the gardens.
when diluted it should look like a glass of drinking tea.

when done with manure that has no more color in tea---dump manure in compost cause it will still have weed and grass seeds that need to be killed by the heat of the compost pile.
