Keep cool and stay safe!
Friends in the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions, it looks like you are going to suffer from dangerously high temps this weekend. Please stay cool, and all my fellow Americans on this forum (including those "transplanted" to other areas of the world), have a safe and happy Independence Day!

OH yeah! Right back at you June, Happy Independence Day. After I water @ 7 am I think I will put my AC unit in and watch the garden from inside for a few days. It's gonna be bleckkky. :suspect:
Re: Keep cool and stay safe!
Today was gloriously "cool" -- only in the 80's here in the outlying D.C. area, and it's actually supposed to go down to 54 tonight. Monday and Tuesday are forecast to be extremely hot, though.
I hope you all have a safe and happy Independence Day! Please keep an eye out for elderly or disabled neighbors who may be having problems with the heat, as well as our four-footed friends who need to stay cool, too!
(I'm secretly hoping the heat will jump start the pumpkins I just planted.)

Re: Keep cool and stay safe!
I have been out of the country twice of the fourth of July and it really screwed up my summer for me - it was like I missed it somehow.
Have a happy Fourth all!

Happy Fourth of July to all! It has been beautifully pleasant this week but supposed to begin heating up today with the 90s to return tomorrow.
