Roasted Bell Peppers with Garlic
This time of the year we have a lot of Bell Peppers, and eat them in a variety of ways. We have since modified this old recipe to use in our Air Fryer, but the only thing we have to do is reduce the temp to 350ºFp { margin-bottom: 0.1in; line-height: 120%; }, and bake for 15 minutes instead of what the recipe calls for with a regular oven. Sometimes we top the peppers with shredded PepperJack Cheese, too. Makes a great side dish!
Roasted Bell Peppers with Garlic
Ingredients:
4 Bell Peppers, cut in half lengthwise & seeds removed
2 Garlic Cloves, sliced thin
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
¼ Dried Oregano
10 Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay pepper halves on baking sheet cut side up. Lightly coat peppers with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Oregano, and season with Salt & Pepper. Bake 35 minutes.
Move peppers to serving platter and top with torn Basil leaves.

Re: Roasted Bell Peppers with Garlic
