Recommendations for balcony plants
Hello,
I am looking for plants "green" my balcony in my apartment. My balcony has partial sunlight. I am looking for all-year round, northern VA native plants with relatively low water usage. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you!

Re: Recommendations for balcony plants
Hi, Susan--
Are you looking for edible plants? Most of the veggies are not natives. Or just plants that are low maintenance? Flowers? Again, most natives are kinda weedy-ish. Can you give us more details, how many containers, size, etc.

Re: Recommendations for balcony plants
Hi Susan. Welcome from Atlanta, GA! Glad you're here.
Sounds like you'll need a mix of sun & shade plants... You might do a search in the upper left corner for those specifics....
And are you looking to do any trellising or vertical gardening?
