It is so satisfying...
...to eat an entire meal that came from the garden. All I added was butter and salt. Oh, and yogurt for the pudding.
Salad made with three different lettuces, spinach and chard with pesto sauce dressing.
Mashed turnips with parsley and butter.
Stir fry with snap peas, baby zucchini and yellow squash, green tomatoes, y1015 onions, spinach and chard. Flavored with dill and parsley.
Pudding: Blackberries with yogurt
What a feast!
