Weathered the storm.
Well, I was finally able to get my yard mowed last night, got a bit wet with a little pre-storm shower. I had just finished cleaning the mower and getting it in the garage when the real storm hit with wind driven rain, thunder, lightening, and quarter sized hail began pelting the house. When it calmed a bit and between some additional bouts of rain I did manage to get out and check my babies, aka, the garden. I appears it only suffered the loss of one small branch from one of my jalapeno plants. Victory - this time.

What a relief
I know you experienced a large sense of relief after that storm. Glad to hear your loss was so minimal. Mother nature can be kind or cruel. We always hope for the former.
