These are open pollinated seeds from my monster tomato plants here in Southern Az. They did great here, and I still have 1 plant alive that is 1 year old. I am assuming that these seeds will do even better here in the heat. They are open pollinated, which means they could be mixed with another type of tomato, but highly unlikely. If you would like some, send me a pm. All I will need is a SASE!!

These plants grew to be 10+ feet tall, with lots of pruning, and produced hundreds of yellow pear tomatoes about 1-2 1/2 inches.

I have enough seeds for myself, duhh, but I can attest to the fact that the yellow pear tomatoes did better in the heat of our Mississippi Gulf Coast summers than did any other of the tomatoes I tried! They are delish, too, much less acidic than most of the patio sized tomatoes. I loved them tossed together with Sweet 100 tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil, a little basil and sometimes with a bit of garlic, salt and pepper, roasted in the oven till a bit browned and they just start to pop - yuuummmmm! The red and yellow tomatoes were gorgeous together.

If I didn't already order 16 varieties of tomatoes, I'd love to have some of those. I had them before and they were really good.

I bet they will do well anywhere. They are small toms that if you have a short growing season should have a chance to ripen. Also it is a very vigorous plant! I have plenty, so it wouldn't hurt to try them!
