Hello from Los Angeles
Hi! My name is Selena and I have a container garden blog called The Seated Gardener.
I can't believe it took me so long to discover SFG. Now that I have, I understand why some plants have done wonderfully and others not so well in my container garden.
I look forward to meeting others here and learning a lot more about the SFG method.
Here is a picture of my raised garden bed, which I purchased from Naturalyards.

Welcome to the forum! Love to see the green in your garden - it is the time of year here in the upper midwest that we can only dream of green!

Hi, Selena,
Welcome to the forum. You'll find lots of help here.
I, too, suffer from fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue, and a few other auto-immune disorders. I'm so lucky to be in a spot where I can garden. It has helped me have my healthiest summer in 19 years.
Lots of sunshine, water, and a little work every day helped me more than lots of meds, and the fresh vegetables were the greatest medicine I've had. I hope it helps you as much as it has me.
Jane
