Hello from the SFV (Los Angeles)

Howdy! Have 70sf of raised beds for a couple years now. Just planted/sowed most of our winter crops: beets, brussels sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, kale, lettuce, carrots, spinach, kohlrabi. Trying to keep it organic while battling an infestation of red spider mites from some potatoes I just pulled out of the beds.

You mentioned raised beds, but not if you are using the Square Foot Gardening method with Mel's Mix. SFV is a great place to garden.
