PLANT SALE
so yesterday i was at the meat market and i saw the city paper on the counter an thought its thursday the suduku should be pretty tough. so i bought one. long story short theres a plant sale at the dahlem center south of jackson put on by the jackson master gardener club. saterday 9am till noon. ALSO on the same page was a story about one MG that does sfg has been for 20+ years he will be at the sale to answer questions about sfg he has 10 4X4 boxs hes in his mid 70's this guy should be a goldmind of info. anyways i allready told the "other half" i'm going she can tag along if she wants. so if ya go i'll be the nut walkin around wearin a OHIO STATE ballcap gittin the "LOOK" from a whole bunch of michiganders that will be me.

Ohhh, I am Jealous!!! I love plant sales! And how cool would that be to talk to someone who has been SFG for 20 years!! WOW!

Those kinds of plant sales usually have rare and odd herbs and other beneficials too. Thats where I always go nuts buying unusual items. Be careful !

jus a short note about the plant sale meet the guy an we talked awhile real friendly guy while i was talking to him a couple other people started to ask him differant questions about differant aspects of sfg, i was able to answer a couple of their questions.one of them asked why there wasnt one set up to look at, and more than likly during next years sale witch they allready decited on a date for, he/i will be seting up sfg garden for display for show at the sale. one thing he did tell me that i didnt think about when i asked him about why it was takin so long for some of the seeds to sprout was sence it is a table top and i have that tunnel effect going under it, it is more than likly keeping the MM colder thus slower seed germanation. jus like when the wind goes under an overpass witch makes the water on the overpass freeze.
