I really need a name for my blog, Help please
I've been taking pictures like crazy since I'm starting my SFG from scratch & want to blog about it & I really need a catchy name for it.
My shop name is Dixie Dazzle, all my forum names are either Dixie or Dixie Dazzle
I raise heirloom veggies, mostly tomatoes.
Roses
Peonies & other old fashioned flowers
I fight a constant battle with deer
I have chickens (I thought about Dixie's Chicks, not sure, but blog will start out about gardening, will add other things later.)
I live way out in the middle of nowhere, Birchwood, TN. (we have a Post Office, school, country store & churches, if you blink your eyes, you missed it)

How about
Down and Dirty with Dixie
or
Dixie Grids (play on Grits)
both are similar to ones that Tim posted, but sometimes a variant will be preferable!

name
So many great ideas, it'll be hard to choose, just hope no one gets their feelings hurt. We have a family joke (except it's not that funny to DH). I'm always coming up with wild ideas & I'll tell him "but all you have to do is ........" He wants it put on his tombstone. But it's too long for a blog name.

that's not too long for a blog name. I have seen some really long blog names.
What about something relating to the photo part of it? like Dixie Pic-sy?

Well to help you out a bit...
We have a little blog we started the other day. Our garden adventures, etc. will be included but this is what we came up with.
http://lupinfarm.blogspot.com/
Our little "slogan" for the farm is "A Pretty Little Wilderness," its from a Jane Austen movie/novel.

I visited your forum last night. You've done a very nice job with it.

I've decided
It was really hard & I appreciate all the input. I've decided to go with Diggin' in the Dirt with Dixie. Now, I just need to find time to work on it!
