STL Tornadoes..
I don't want to downplay my part in this because I know a couple of forum members may have been hit. But, for us, it was kind of hectic regarding the tornadoes last night. When you get a chance, take a look around the internet. Things to search for would be:
kmov.com
st. louis tornado
lambert international airport tornado
bridgeton missouri
Those four things might get you somewhere. But the tv station's website has streaming video from helicopters that you can see. I've never seen anything like this in my life.....and I grew up in Kansas! It's really a miracle no one has died through all of this.
Personally, we were never threatened. There were two tornadoes. One went north (hit the airport) and one went south (not receiving much coverage). I saw them on the radar and the kids were outside playing ball in the street with neighbors as we parents chatted calmly. We had all been watching tv and seen the same thing....none of us were worried. We are weird people here in the Midwest....lol. We don't go to the basements until we actually hear the "freight train."
I can tell you, though, I'm worried about new member jymarino. She was an active poster and she was living very close to the worst of the damage. She may be out of power, or worse. I have my fingers crossed that she will reappear soon on the forum.

Re: STL Tornadoes..
Thanks for keeping us informed. It has truly been a wild spring thus far. We have had some crazy weather here too. Worst hail damage for 45 years in some places. Fingers crossed for our poster !!!!
