A New Type of "Pest"! Empty A New Type of "Pest"!

I was sitting in my recliner trying to relax when out of the corner of my eye, I notice my 20 month old daughter walking into the room with a small tray of lettuce seedlings. Next thing I know, the tray goes flying into the air. It was like slow motion... "Noooooo" All over the floor, little 3/4" soil cubes broken into little pieces and lettuce seedling stems broken beyond repair.

At least she wasn't trying to eat them this time... Shocked

I feel for you! My 18 month old son loves to follow me around the garden, pulling things off "just like Mommy"

Kids....whatchagonnado? LOL.

I can't yell at mine when they do stuff like this. I can't yell because I would make them cry. When I make them cry, gramma gives them a lollipop. Then, they just think they can make lettuce fly and get a lollipop.

Gramma makes me want to lose my temper and control it all at the same time. It's a quandry I tell ya!

Gotta love kids.

My four year old keeps pulling off green tomatoes. She wants to show me when they appear and reaches out and grabs them. Then when they fall off she says she wasn't touching it. It is so hard to get mad because it is an accident but I don't think any of them will actually ripen all the way.

Howdy: Kids in the garden - gotta love'em. Place the green toms on the kitchen window sill and they should ripen. It is worth a try or you can search Google for green tomato recipes.

God Bless, Ward and Mary.
