Have you tried it? Looks great, and I have a couple big zukes that I need to use up and de-seed!

Yes, we made 4 loves yesterday. Kept two for ourselves, and shared the other two with two neighbors. It was delicious with cinnamon honey butter.

One of the neighbors that I gave a loaf of this bread too called to ask if she could have a copy of the recipe. I told her I would do even better than that, so I gifted her with 5 zucchini and a copy of the recipe.

It looks good. I wish I had a zucchini problem like other people do. I have only harvested 4 this summer and I am about ready to pull the plant. I will say the 3 attempts at zucchini cakes/latkes were good.

Wish I could share some with you. Ours are beginning to slow down a little, though. We were picking 5 or 6 a day, but it has slowed down to only 3 or 4 a day now off of the two plants.
