My wife and I have been gardening on and off for over 30 years but never in raised beds. We built our first 3-4x8 raised beds this fall and have been anxiously waiting to start SFG. I look forward to pirating as much info as possible from everyone!

Hi, Jskaggs, I'm in Northern Alabama. Have a relative in MO, and a friend in northern MO. COLD to us, snow comes early.

( SO do you have water probs in your area? Saw a nat'l map of drought last week. )

We suffered drought heavily this past summer but it has more than made up for it over the winter so far. We would have lost everything last year without irrigation.
