Looking good, SR! I was growing Romaine Lettuce in my AeroGarden over the winter, but I transplanted them into the raised bed in the greenhouse, and am now using the AeroGarden to start the bunching onion seeds. It looks like I got nearly 100% germination rate, and they should be ready to transplant out in the garden by early March.

I've got a 4 spot aero knock off from Aldi (gift from my niece) and never thought about using for seedlings, what a wonderful idea.
Peppers, eggplants, onions, celery are all started - more to follow later this month.

I am loving my herbs from the Aerogarden! The dill is just growing like a weed, and so is the basil—and the Thai basil is starting to come on, too. I’m not too keen on mint or curly parsley, but it was a pack that came with them. I will probably substitute another thyme and perhaps another basil for them when I plant my own. I will take a pic tonight!
I’m out of garlic. Dang it! Now I am using up my dehydrated garlic and grinding it as needed in my mortar and pestle. So yummy!
Don’t plan to grow red onions again—too oniony for my taste. I am exploring other varieties. I always grow Candy, but would like another one.
Had to get a new iPad for home, so getting that up and running. Need a Bluetooth keypad now….

One of my favorites is the Sweet Spanish Onion. I was introduced to it years ago by an Amish neighbor, and have loved it ever since. Can almost eat it like an apple.

I might have to try that, OG! I was surprised by how strong my red onions were, to be honest.

Those look amazing! I started some orange hat tomatoes in my Aerogarden today. First time trying tomatoes with that. Currently cleaning up from an ice storm that came through. Took down a good part of our tree and smashed the privacy divider that we just built last summer. All our cute hanging outdoor lights have been smashed. Bummer. Now I am really looking forward to spring!!
