Tomato Caterpillars Empty Tomato Caterpillars

I was spraying my garden with Neem Oil tonight when I noticed my grape tomato plant was missing its top and many of its leaves.  Then I saw the caterpillars.  I saw two.  Tomato horn worm??  My question is, can I spray with BT in the morning or should I wait?   My potatoes have been eaten too... but I doubt that's the same critter.   I didn't have ANY bug problem last year!!

Hand pick them of is the best. If you see a worm with the white cocoons leak it in the garden. Using the search feature you can find previous threads about horn worms.
