Healing Herbs and Spices

I think so, too. At present, I don't have all those plants growing, but I'm expanding my herb planting each year.

It's nice that things that are tasty enough to make a big difference in a meal are also sometimes so healthy for us.
Two other facets of a couple of those herbs: mint helps release bile, making it easier to digest fats, and fennel seed is sometimes recommended to control flatulence.

Using the dried leaves of ragweed as a tea can also be used to control flatulence.
