Greetings from Michigan
I thought I'd joined this site once before, and can't remember, so I joined again! Anywho.... My name is Lynn, and I'm currently living in Michigan. Have also lived in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Oregon and Colorado.... hoping to return to the Rocky Mtn. West before I die. Looking forward to reading everyone's posts, as time permits, and hoping to learn more about where the mountain area 'banana belts' are located to help me refine my search for a great place to live.
Cheers!
Lynn

We live 12 E of Canon (Canyon) City Co. Canon is on the Arkansas River at the start of the clime up to Monarch pass and ski resort. Great weather. Lincoln Park has great irrigation. Stay away from the super fund site.

Mmm mm mmm, those western slope peaches. Rocky Mountain gold! Of course, the best place for growing "stuff" is Paonia, isn't that right johnp?

Thanks for the heads up ... I lived in Hartsel at one time, but it's not the greatest growing area. I have considered farther south, and east.
