We did crushed stone and a flower garden border this weekend with Marigolds for now. Much happier looking than the dirt paths that were left from building it. Happy so had to post a photo.

Very glad we love the result after what I found out carrying and spreading a yard of crushed stone was like.

Thanks! The white colored stone unfortunately was one of the pricier choices, but we think it was worth it (the stone we liked the very best was pinkish, but that was the most expensive of alland we decided we had to draw the line somewhere.)

We are considering next year doing a walk from the driveway to the garden using the same stone since I wear a path there anyway (though the prospect of toting and spreading another yard of stones next year makes me glad it's next year and not this year.)
