Mold Issue?
Hi Everyone,
A few weeks after building our boxes and putting in dirt (MM), we started to get lots and lots of rain. Something white started growing on the wood between the dirt and wood. Does anyone know what this is or have suggestions for how to handle it? This is only the flower garden but I don't want this to happen once I plant my veggie garden. Any and all suggestions appreciated!
Thanks!

Re: Mold Issue?
It could be mold, although someone will know more about wood than I. If you have mold on your dirt, which I sometimes get on my seedlings, you can spray the dirt with water laced with a little hydrogen peroxide. Saved lots of my guys last year!

Thank you!
Thank you for the suggestion! That's probably what I'll end up doing!
Have a good evening,
Janet
