Planted grape vines this time home

I bought some grape vines at Lowe's this time home. I got one each of Catawba, Mars and Niagara. These varieties are supposed to be good for Oklahoma. Our place already had some old grapevines planted on a cattle panel "trellis" that is falling down. I planted the new grapes in a different area because of drainage and shade issues with the old one. I have not put up a trellis for them yet. We want these mostly for table and jellies but if they produce well, we might consider some wine making though I personally don't care for it. I have friends and family that do! Just started studying up on these varieties so don't know much yet. Any tips or tricks or advice?
