SFG from Bend, Oregon
Hi everyone! I live in Bend, Oregon - in the heart of the state. We're still dealing with 20 degree nights, snow, hail, winds, etc...but we built an SFG raised bed in our greenhouse and can't wait to see the results.
I have a degree in Horticulture and do Landscape Design, have done raised beds in the past but am really excited to get going using the SFG method...it makes so much sense.
Anyway - looking forward to sharing and reading experiences with everyone.

Welcome to the forum! We have a Pacific NW thread on the home page that you may find useful. You will probably find some posts from another member in Bend, OR also.

happycamper, womanonsnow, et al.,
Based upon an old post by Boffer and a tiny bit of research on my own, those of us in Central Oregon should be "honorary" members of the PNW forum. It seems that we actually belong in the Western Mountains and High Plains region. Bend is actually listed as a city in the latter area.
