Netting
I made my own netting out of nylon cord. They look good now to see if they will work. I looked it up on youtube its called a Gill net. Keep me out of trouble for a couple of days Oh and if I get lost in the forest I can now make a hammock and a fishing net. Provided I have the cord to make it with

Would LOVE to see photos when you can.
I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

I made one of mine to short just added extra length to the bottom and it worked out ok. It is not the prettiest but I couldn't see wasting so I worked with it . I will try and take pictures and post Try is the word LOL

No worries, it didn't go to waste.. I was using jute twine so what I didn't use goes towards my reenacting gear for my fire bag and such..
Which vid did you watch, "bushcraft bums" or some other ??

Re: Netting
Ok so I hope this works. Here is a picture of my netting and the rest of my garden. All the panels are to keep dogs out of garden. They each come off individually so I can have easy access. Some of the trellis's are doing double duty acting as a fence. We built the beds last year but just started SFG this year. We still have a lot to learn but it is so much fun.

I didn't really count but lets say I could probably make two in one day. I did some inside and some outside. I looped my lengths of cord right over the bar on the ones I made outside and it seemed to work better and look neater.

Re: Netting
Your garden is looking great. I love the idea of movable fencing panels to keep out the critters and so that you can work in the beds. Good job. The gill netting looks like a fine job. Let us know how it works our for you.

Re: Netting
The video's are on Youtube Gill Netting should get you there. Each panel comes off seperately They are on legs that slide through brackets. I guess you could move the trellis's but I won't move those unless I decide to store them for the winter.
