What the snow? Empty What the snow?

I was planning on taking today to build my boxes and fill them with Mel's mix. I thought the rain storm last night would only help things. Now I just woke up to a ground covered in snow. Can you believe it?

I was pretty shocked to see the snow this morning as well. I knew it was a possibility since I checked weather.com yesterday when the thunder and rain came in. As much as I wish spring would hurry up and come, I'm still trying to get all my pieces together to start my first SFG and so with winter trying to hang on I feel I have a little more time. Not much, but maybe enough to pull it all off.

Well I knew about storm, especially since I had to drive through it on my way home from Hill last night. I didn't think it would be that big thought. I even thought the back yard would be melted by now so that I could prep the area more. But there's still a good amount of snow there.

It was an amazing storm as it moved in, to say the least. I was unloading some gravel when the wind picked up. When I saw the horses come galloping in from the back pasture to take cover I knew I needed to take cover as well. Thanks to the warning from the horses I was able to get my garden wagon of gravel dumped and in side right before the hail hit.

There are streams of water coming off the roof right now, so it is melting. But I still have snow on my garden plot as well. I have a few more boulders to move and the mud is going to make that difficult.
