HELP--Painting Concrete Block Retaining Wall
Since I'm trying to earn happy HOA points, I will be asking permission to improve my property's curb appeal by painting the ugly cinderblock retaining walls to coordinate with the cabin's cedar siding--of course, accompanied by the required paint samples in case my personal taste is inferior to the Board's. I am supposed to be staining my wood deck and one side of my house, but the weather has been too cold to use the stain. Concrete sealing and painting can be done when it's 20 degrees too cold for wood stain. Surely someone here has painted their concrete boxes or pavers! I need advice--either about painting concrete or about appraising and selling my engagement ring so I can hire having this done by a professional.

I'm not an expert but look into Drylok concrete paint. Behr also makes a very good concrete paint. Both are able to be colored but you'll be limited to your color choices.....those paints allow a limited amount of tint.
