Cow Manure in clumps Empty Cow Manure in clumps

I found some dried cow manure clumps in an old barn. I set them out in rain.. they melted. My question is : do you think they still have fertilizer value? I have to carry them in a bucket up a long hill... lot's of work.. but that is ok if they have value to them.
