Hoop House video series part III
Dear all,
First hard frost on Saturday morning. It got down to 27 degrees while the forecast was 31. Even the weather crews were apologizing that their models got it wrong. No change there though eh?
I took this video just as the sun was hitting the SFG around 7.45am. Everything made it just fine. I really think I'm ok down to 20 degrees with my current set-up. No frost in the 5 day forecast. A little break for a while.

I love it, Graham!
We've only had a very light frost here-my zucchini even made it through with only slight leaf damage, but I pulled them and mulched with seaweed, anyway. I got an extension cord yesterday, and I'll be looking for my lights today. I should be able to pick peas longer this way.
Thanks for the inspiration!
