Hi there, just moved to Marion County and would love to start a SFG! Hoping someone could give me a heads up on starting a SFG now or should I just wait for the Spring? Sorry I don't know anything about gardening, much less in Florida, I'm a transplanted northeasterner. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you.:drunken:

Welcome to Florida, but most important welcome to the SFG forum. Have you read the book SFG by Mel? That would be a great first step. I don't feel it's tool late to start. Florida is blessed with great gardening weather. Your county extension office will also have some good info. Just have fun !!
