So jealous. I tried to find purple potatoes without any luck. I haven't had them either. Let us now how they taste!

Purple Carrot

We picked a purple carrot today and put it in a salad. The outer skin was purple and the inner core was a dark orange.

Oh man, Josh, eating all that purple food will make you super healthy! I've been reading a lot about darker foods having antioxidants that their lighter counterparts don't. Gardening and purple foods...you might be the first SFGer to live FOREVER!!
