Working on Converting my Dad
My dad thinks SFG is a good idea...if you don't have a lot of room. He has a big garden with a fence and owns a rototiller. He has his ways and he is a good gardener. I've been saying he should try it but he is reluctant to do all the start up work.
He was telling me yesterday how he is cutting back (too much work) and I said "one box dad...just try ONE box." I'm visting with my parents for a couple of days so we're going to build a box (birthday/late father's day gift). A salad garden he decided.
Does anyone else have converting stories?

YEA Dayna. . How cool!
We're building a box for our next door neighbor age 91. Big row gardener who just can't do it any more. He can't wait.
