Back on the Forum
Hi from down under after many months away.
My health, work and children demands didn't allow me any time for the forum for some months.
Ruth and I are now in the process of selling our home and building a new one for our upcoming retirement.
"A brand new sfg to plan and build" yippee
My 4 year old sfg is still going full steam and highly productive. Nearly winter here in Australia and I have peas, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, carrots, cabbage, peppers, lettuce and onions that I am harvesting.
I have 128 squares and they are all planted.
It is going to be hard to leave our present garden but exciting to start a new one with 4 years of knowledge.
It has been nice to catch up tonight with all the new threads, stories and especially the pictures on the forum.
Hopefully I will have more time now to be more active again.
Cheers Ray

I can't imagine how excited you must be. I moved and left behind mine after only one year.....and learned a lot that helped set up the new beds faster, prettier, and more efficiently.
That's great! Welcome back, and hope you get more active, too. After all, what can you do during the winter months....other than play on the forum. (Although, I'm sure your winters are different than ours.)

Re: Back on the Forum
Welcome back Ray, we missed you and your comments on gardening in the lower half. Also missed your pictures of the veggies and gorgeous flowers. Hope you will get a chance to update us on those beauties.
Glad some of the issues that kept you away have eased or been conquered.
