It has been a while, but with spring in the air and veggies growing, I felt inspired to post our progress. We planted snow peas back in Feb. The spinach, lettuce, carrots were planted later.
Today we harvested some snow peas. My daughter's strategy - pick one to eat, pick one for lunch tomorrow, give one to mom. I ended up with 20, which I considered to be a decent harvest :-)

Dinner tomorrow night will include lettuce and spinach.... I really do love square foot gardening! If I can grow veggies deep in the woods, anyone can.

What wonderful news about your garden.
And I love the sharing method. Unique.

nice to see you again kshimpi

Can't wait for my sugar snaps to come in. You have me drooling, thinking about your snow peas.

I had to fight off my family members for this tasty bowl of spinach, lettuce, sugar snap & snow peas. Lucky for them, we have more in our garden :-)
