old seed starting soil
Most sources would tell you to throw it away because of molds and other bad things that may have grown along with the seedlings. Guess I may be too hard headed to follow advice mine tends to be reused for a short while then lands in the composter or just leveled across the garden.

i either add it to the compost pile or i put it in the garden somewhere if it is needed.
Re: Seed Starting Soil
Compost it!
I use vermiculite for the reason that it will dry back out and I can likely reuse it again and again.
