I'm on my Spring break and last fall my mom told me she was putting me in charge of changing her traditional flower garden into all SFGs this year. I'm going to just do a few gardens at a time, so I got started on it yesterday, my dad helped me too.
Here is what it looked like last fall, the flowers have all been mowed down, and its about 25 x 35 foot area.

So now the flowers are starting to come up and I've moved some of them to make room for a 4x8 SFG, and I also made a small SFG glass house out of old windows, (my dad helped me)

I'll post more as I get it done.

That's awesome, Josh! Smile

You can sometimes find windows on craigslist for cheap or free.

Great job!

The other day my handyman was trying to put our storm door back on, but it's now 1/2" too big (framing in the new door seems to have "shrunk" the opening - don't ask).

My first thought wasn't . . . darn, that stinks. NO! My first thought was . . . cool, now I can use it to make a cold frame. Smile
