Help with plant identification?
I found this growing in my compost pile yesterday. It's pretty big, and I don't know how I missed it growing there! I started to pull it up yesterday, then felt bad because it's so healthy and thriving there.
Any clues as to what it is would be appreciated... the leaves look kind of like potato to me, but I'm not sure.

The plant looks like potatoes to me too. But I don't know what the yellow thing is!
Potatoes grow like weeds. If I leave the smallest spud behind when I harvest, it will sprout.

Re: Help with plant identification?
Sounds like it must be taters! I guess it's time to go digging to see what I find
The yellow thing is a grapefruit... I get lazy and don't always cut them up before tossing them in the bin.
Thanks for the help everyone!
