Is there any difference in posting pics with a Mac. I've followed instructions from the "how to" page and can't seem to make it happen.

twangster,

I just did this the other night. What I did was upload to "Gallery" from iPhoto. Give me a minute (or several!) and I will try to re-create what I did Smile

Are you wanting to upload them to your actual personal gallery, or are you just wanting to post a picture in a post without creating a gallery?

I'm on a Mac most of the day, so I might be able to help ya if I knew exactly what you were wanting to do.

First, go with what kimbertangleknot says over me!

OK, here is how I posted this to my Gallery, for later or current use:

I'm sure I missed the correct instructions for this, but this worked for me (a household of 10+ Macs - don't ask).
Go to "Gallery" on the tool bar at the top. Go to "Your Personal Album". This is where I try to leave my pictures in case I need them later. In top left corner you will see "Upload Pic". Click. You can here enter your name for the picture ("Image"), Description ("top right is blah, blah, blah").
"Choose File" - here pick your image from your computer.
Click "Add File", "Upload to Category" (I choose Personal Album). You will see at the bottom of your post "BBCode of the Picture" - copy (Apple-C or Command-C) this.

Go back to your post. Where you want your pic, Apple-V (Command-V).

I might have missed something, but I think this is it!

Thanks so much Jane. Now I just need to figure out how to do more than one pic on the same post this way.

If you want to post multiple pics, just repeat the process on a new line.
