Sorry I missed this the first time around as well as the sticky request.

I split it up and made 3 stickies one in Canada, one in General SFG (because we don't have a general US forum, just regions) and a Mid Atlantic one.

If I screwed it up or missed something or put something in a place that doesn't make sense let me know and I can fix it for you.
