New Grand baby arrived today!!
Hope it is okay to post this but I just have to share! (I someone wants to delete it 'cuz it is not gardening related, I understand)
My youngest daughter just had their third baby during the wee hours of
this morning. A not-so-little boy......8 pounds 5 ounces.....Silas
Blaze. Big brother, Rain Wild (5) and big sister Noa Sage (almost 3)
are so excited and proud.
Wishing we lived closer so we could go visit but will have to wait until Easter.

Re: New Grand baby arrived today!!
Congratulations!
Grandbabies are wonderful. Two of mine are in Georgia, much too far to drive, both are girls, ages 21 and 16. The newest is in Washington, about 8 hours away, the first Grandson, almost 8 months.
Easter will be here before you know it. Give them hugs from me too.

Great day
Personally, I think he could not have picked a better day of the year to be born.

CONGRATS!!!! Many blessings to you and yours!
My favorite thing in the garden to watch grow, is my oldest grandson, he visits every other weekend.

Thanks everyone for all the wonderful comments on our new Grandson. This is grandbaby #9 for us and most likely the last one. (although we thought that about the last one too. LOL!)

Re: New Grand baby arrived today!!
#9, WOW!!! We've had 5 generations in our garden before, all of us pickin' the zipper creams we planted for my mother-in-law, I wish I had taken pictures. What a treasure that day was.
Re: New Grand baby arrived today!!
Congrats Old Hippie.
Just told my 6month old grandson yesterday that I'll be glad when he's
old enough for me to teach him how to play in the dirt. Not that he understood a word I was saying but he will soon enough.

Re: New Grand baby arrived today!!
I taught my kids to wade in puddles so why not teach them to play in the dirt!! LOL! I just love being able to do things in the garden with the grandkids too. We have a fun time comparing things, exchanging seeds, and doing stuff together in the garden whenever we get together. I have planted things in my yard that have names similar to each of my grandkids or something from them if I could not a plant that had their name.
