I have been working on my spread sheet for specific dates to begin indoor sowing of plants and found,

If your LAST Frost Date is March 30,

Begin your indoor seed starting this week for the following crops (12 weeks before your last Spring frost)

Broccoli
Cabbage
Parsley

Anticipate transplanting to your SFG around the end of February.
