Tomatillo
I grew from seed some tomatillos. I haven't ever seen or ate them before. My mom made some salsa with them,my dad really likes it,but I didn't care for it.

Hi Josh, try roasting them under the broiler or toaster oven with a anaheim pepper , till just a little brown ( remember to take off skin of pepper) and plop them in the blender ! you might like it that way my guys do.

Hi Josh! Looks very nice to me. I grew tomatillos also, purple ones, but I think I started them too late and did not get a good harvest.
Try tasting the tomatillos again in a few years. I only recently learned to like them, though I know they are a staple in some cuisines. Some foods are funny that way. Tomatillo salsa really is its own thing, it doesn't taste like tomato salsa.
