potato plant!
Imagine my surprise when I saw this sprout today from the purple potato cuttings I planted. I took this picture yesterday, and I when I watered today it had grown visibly more....
I am also including a link to my Flickr pics site for folks that are following...I need to figure out how to add it to my signature. On my to do list this weekend :-)
