Tip for green bean harvesting!
For all you green bean gardeners out there...
Use CAT CLAW CLIPPERS to harvest! It's the perfect shape and size, and neatly slices through the top of the bean without accidentally damaging the nearby leaves/stems. Try it!!!!

Tip for green bean harvesting!
Sounds great, but does this mean I have to get a cat, too?

Yes, they are small scissors with opposing divots (half moon shape) in each blade to decrease the shear pressure when you are cutting the claws.

I'm pretty sure my cat hides her claw trimmers! She hates to get her nails done

Re: Tip for green bean harvesting!
Ours do, too. It is usually pretty painless, though. One of ours has herpes in her eye. We didn't find out about it until after we adopted her. It's in remission, now, but I trained her early to sit (mostly) quietly while I cared for it each day. She got lots of healthy treats afterward. The boys got jealous... so they got the "treatment" too... lots of petting, plus feet and ears handling, etc. They still don't like getting their claws clipped, but they know they will get treats afterward, and it is part of the routine, so I can generally get most paws clipped same day, when I need to. Much less stressful for all of us!
