Hi from Holland
Hello, My name is Iris and I am from the Netherlands and brand new to this forum and SFG. I rent an allotment of 100 square meters, but I will not fill this completely with SFG boxes, because I also will plant fruit shrubs and trees. In addition it will cost me a fortune to fill all the boxes with Mel's Mix all at once....
I have one question about this forum. Is there an option to get email when there are replies to my posts? I am the kind of person that forgets to check the forums I visit for replies, I'd like to get notified;-)

Welcome
Hi, Iris, and welcome! I can read your posts with the help of Google Translate, but I'm not brave enough to try to post anything in Dutch. There is a good crowd forming from the Netherlands, and a new voice joined today from England.
I'm in Europe as well -- an American transplanted to France, and making my first try with SFG, too...I just started 8 seed trays yesterday, and am hoping to get carrots and radishes into my boxes this week.
I'll sure be glad when spring finally comes to Europe -- we've had a really long, grey winter.
(My tulips and daffodils have declared it time, however, and I should start seeing daffodils in the next week or two.)

Welcome to the forum. It's cool to hear from people around the world doing SFGardening.
